We provide compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based forensic therapy, forensic assessment and forensic Supervision online across the UK. We also offer consultation, training and research collaborations.
I am a Consultant Forensic Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience across forensic, clinical, and community settings. My work spans therapy, assessment, consultancy, supervision, and research, with a particular focus on complex presentations, trauma, and high-risk contexts.
I have delivered extensive individual and group therapy for both victims and perpetrators, and conducted hundreds of specialist forensic assessments. Alongside practice, I support the development of practitioners through supervision, training, and assessor roles.
With advanced training in Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and accredited offending behaviour programmes, amongst others, I bring a broad and flexible skillset to my work. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in professional standards and ethical practice.
I provide specialist forensic therapy for both victims and perpetrators of crime, trauma, and interpersonal harm. This includes support for those affected by violence, abuse, coercive control, and offending behaviour. Therapy is evidence-based and trauma-informed, addressing difficulties such as anger, shame, trauma responses, relationship patterns, and personality challenges. I also work with individuals who want support in understanding their behaviour and making positive changes towards safer, healthier futures.
Drawing on a wide range of approaches — including Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, IFS, offending behaviour programmes, amongst others, I tailor therapy to each client’s needs.
Sessions are available online.
I provide clinical and forensic supervision for psychologists, trainee psychologists, counsellors, and related practitioners working with complex cases. Supervision offers a reflective space to develop skills in assessment, case formulation, intervention planning, and ethical practice, while also supporting professionals in managing risk, safeguarding, boundaries, and self-care in demanding settings.
My approach balances support with accountability, helping practitioners grow in both confidence and competence. I draw on extensive experience in Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Somatic IFS, offending behaviour programmes, amongst others, enabling supervisees to explore a variety of models, strengthen case formulation, and apply evidence-based methods effectively in their own practice.
I am also an assessor for the British Psychological Society’s Qualification in Forensic Psychology and I am on the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS). This means I bring both professional oversight and recognised training standards to my supervision practice.

I provide forensic psychology consultancy to organisations such as mental health services, probation, prisons, universities, charities, and community agencies. This may involve programme design, policy development, staff training, risk management frameworks, and service evaluation. With expertise in working with both victims and perpetrators, I help organisations ensure services are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and effective.
I design and deliver forensic and psychological training packages that can be tailored to the needs of specific services, teams, or organisations. Training can be adapted in length, format, and focus — whether for frontline staff, clinicians, probation teams, or senior managers — to ensure it is practical, evidence-based, and relevant to the challenges of each setting.
I deliver lectures, training workshops, and conference presentations on topics across forensic and clinical psychology. Areas include forensic rehabilitation, trauma and abuse, attachment and relationships, personality disorders, and applied risk assessment. I also contribute to research dissemination to bridge the gap between academic research and frontline practice.
I am actively involved in forensic and clinical psychology research, with experience and interest in conducting and publishing work across areas such as trauma, forensic rehabilitation, risk assessment, and victim recovery. I welcome opportunities to collaborate with universities, postgraduate researchers, and professional bodies, and I am available to provide supervision for doctoral and applied research projects. Alongside research activity, I act as a peer reviewer for academic publications and contribute to the quality assurance of professional training.
I have experience with the British Psychological Society’s Forensic Psychology Qualification, as both a supervisor and assessor, supporting the development of future practitioners and ensuring high standards of professional competence.
